Lubrication of the Machine

Lubricating Grease and oil

The grease used in this knitting machine should comply the standard penetration 220--250□10mm and titers /1508C under 258C.

The automatic lubrication system uses high-speed machine machinery lubricants(recommend red varnish or 180-220 high speed gear oil

Automatic Lubrication System This knitting machine can realize lubrication with automatic timer function on a plate rail .The timer function is controlled by the motor timing system.

The soomth flow of the oil is very important, check the flow every 120 hours,carousel slide rails is the most important,if the flow is blocked, using compressed air to blow is recommended. All lubrication system fittings are used to connect pipes without welding.

Lubricant pump liquid tank is equipped with a display signal output, shut down the machine when the reservior tank below the minimum level and the warning light will be on. Do not restart the machine before the tank is re-filled.
