HSB-1 MODEL HIGH SPEED BRAIDING MACHINE is mainly used for braiding cable sheath with soft wire, cotton and plastic string in the cable industry. The machine is also used for braiding rope and soft string.

The rotate speed of the braider can be set at 50-150 r/min before or during running .the braid pitch refered to table Machine can test braid when the protecter shutted. Then cut the cable which stick out the drag disk and Connect it to the take-up drum through the output guide wheel and the back wall hole .now it is on normal running.If the wire broke or run out when running ,the machine will stop automatically.

(1) It is running on 380V/50Hz alternating voltage(3-phase 4-wire system),all power is 2.7kw.can be controlled by PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen

(3) The rotating speed adjustment of the main engine

The rotate speed is adjusted by the rotate speed regulator which is a multi-turn potentionmeter during or before the running the  speed be shown on the touch screen (the monitor screen).

The touch screen

The version will be shown on the screen when turned on .touch it and enter the monitoring screen which shows the actual running speed ,the set length ,the braided length ,the running time  and the accumulated running time.   The set length can be set at the setting .the braided length is the actual running length.the accumulated time is the whole time once installed
